This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Hot Spring County in favor of appellees Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Montgomery in the amount of $7,000, plus interest, penalty and attorney’s fees as provided by Ark. Stat. Ann. 66-3238 (Repl. 1966), based on a fire insurance policy issued by appellant covering a tenant dwelling owned by the Montgomerys. Appellant contends the trial court erred in holding the policy to be in full force and effect on the date of the loss since it asserts the policy had been cancelled.
