Plaintiff, as a lienholder, brought this action to recover the amount allegedly due it for damages sustained to two automobiles. The action is on a policy of insurance issued by the defendant to the Service Trucking Company. There was a loss payable clause attached to the policy as follows: “Loss or damage, if any, under the policy shall be payable as interest may appear to General Credit Corp.
