|!After an altercation, the plaintiffs husband was shot and killed at a bar. The plaintiff subsequently filed suit against the alleged gunman, and his accomplice, the bar, and the owners and operators of the bar. The bar’s insurance company intervened and filed a motion for summary judgment, contending there was no coverage under its policy because of its “assault and battery” exclusion and/or “firearms” exclusion.
