Plaintiff State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company brings this diversity action for declaratory relief pursuant to the Declaratory Judgment Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2201 et seq. Defendant Eugene Narvaez has made a demand upon plaintiff for the policy limits of a certain uninsured/underinsured motorist insurance policy. Plaintiff claims there is no coverage under the policy.
