On July 28, 1921, J. N. Brown instituted an equitable action against T. A. Ivester and his son, Eugene L. Ivester. The object of the suit was to subject certain property standing in the name of Eugene L. Ivester to payment of a common-law judgment obtained by the plaintiff against T. A. Ivester, dated July 5, 1921, based on a debt due July 15, 1919, for services as a real-estaté broker.
