J. M. Watson died on or about 14 February, 1919, in Cherokee County, owning land in said county. The plaintiffs are the children of the second wife and the defendants are the children of the first wife. It was alleged that on 17 January, 1919, a short time before his death J. M. Watson executed two deeds, purporting to convey certain land owned by him to said Eliza Watson, his second wife, for life, and at her death to her children, Albert Watson and Clyde Watson.
