After a highly contentious and relatively rapid process, the Third Amended and Restated Joint Plan of Reorganization (the “WCI Plan”) of Debtors-in-Possession WCI Cable, Inc., WorldNet Communications, Inc., Alaska Fiber Star, L.L.C., Alaska Northstar Communications, L.L.C., WCI Lightpoint, L.L.C., and WCIC Hills-boro, L.L.C.
