PREGERSON, Circuit Judge.
This matter is before the court on cross-motions filed, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 50(a), by the plaintiff Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum Commission, the cross-claimant Oakland Raiders, and the NFL defendants, seeking entry of a directed verdict with respect to the defendants’ contention that the NFL is a single economic entity for purposes of this lawsuit and hence cannot as a matter of law have violated section 1 of the Sherman Act.
