This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction entered in the district court of Cass county on the 15th day of April, 1932. In November, 1931 a complaint was filed in the office of the police magistrate of- the city of Eargo, charging the defendant, Joe Glaser, with the offense of driving an automobile while under the influence of intoxicating liquor in violation of the city ordinance of the city of Fargo.
