On July 15, 2015, the Court denied a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Walgreens de Puerto Rico, Inc. (“Defendant”) and entered summary judgment in favor of Yarelis Hernandez-Echevarria (“Plaintiff’) only as to her claim for failure to provide reasonable accommodation. Docket No. 62.
