Plaintiffs-appellees Richard Burke Hughes and Brian Burke appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York (John T. Elfvin, Senior Judge) granting defendants summary judgment on claims brought under the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (“LMRDA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 401 et seq.
