Order unanimously modified, on the law and as modified affirmed without costs, in accordance with the following memorandum: In this action by a teacher against her former employer for wrongful discharge and against her union for breach of its duty of fair representation, defendant West Irondequoit Teachers Association (Union) appeals from an order which denied its motion to dismiss the complaint and granted plaintiff’s cross motion to correct the caption of the action by adding Thomas Nichols, president of the Union.
