ROGERS, Circuit Judge.
The question presented involves the construction to be placed upon that part of Act Cong. March 3, 1891, c. 517, § 11, which fixes the time within which appeals and writs of error may he taken or sued out, and which reads as follows:
“No appeal or writ of error by which any order, judgment, or decree may bo reviewed In the Circuit Court or Appeals under the provisions of this act shall be taken or sued out except within six months after the .entry of the *228order, judgment, or decree sought to be reviewed.” U.
