This is an action by petitioners under the Railway Labor Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 151 •et seq., seeking enforcement of Award No. 9193 of the Third Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board, made the 18th day of January, 1960. The award stated that the transfer by the railway company of work from one seniority district to another without consulting the union violated the collective bargaining agreement.
