The State Board of Public Defense petitioned this court for a writ of prohibition to prevent the judges of the First Judicial District from giving effect to their order of June 26, 1985. That order vacated the January 11, 1967, order of the judges of the First Judicial District which established the district’s participation in the public defender system.
