MOORE, Justice.

This is a suit for a mandatory injunction to abate a nuisance. The suit was brought by an association of home owners and land owners known as the D-C Home Owners Improvement Association, hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs, against Garland Grain Company, et al., hereinafter referred to as defendants. The alleged nuisance consists of feed lots operated by Garland Grain Company where a large number of cattle is fed and fattened and ultimately sold at various meat packers throughout the state and elsewhere.
