OPINION

LARKIN, Judge.

Appellant seeks reversal of his convictions of aiding and abetting drive-by shooting and aiding and abetting second-degree murder, arguing that he was deprived of his constitutional rights to counsel of his choice and conflict-free counsel and that the district court committed reversible error in admitting gang evidence at his jury trial. Appellant also requests modification of his sentence, arguing that the district court erred in regard to the order in which it sentenced the offenses.
