(Faith Properties), a real estate brokerage firm, listed Riverside School of Aeronautics for sale in 1987-1988. Alex and Kathleen Guerino became interested in purchasing the business and hired plaintiff, an attorney, as their attorney/real estate broker to negotiate its purchase.
