(also known as Pandit Upadesh) (plaintiff), is a licensed psychologist employed in the Buffalo, New York, area and is one of three Hindu priests in the United States ordained in the Himalayan tradition. He is the spiritual leader of plaintiff Himalayan Institute of Buffalo, Inc.
