MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

This matter came before the Court on Defendant Sea Ray’s Motion for Review of Taxation of Costs (Personal Injury Case). The matter was jointly submitted by all parties for decision by the Court without oral argument. Plaintiffs Monte C. Hansen, Linda Hansen, and Monte T. Hansen were represented by David A.
