SANBERG, Bankruptcy Judge.
*508AY McDonald Industries, Inc. ("AY" or "Appellant"), appeals the April 20, 2018, order of the Bankruptcy Court denying its request for injunctive and declaratory relief. Because we hold that the Bankruptcy Court lacked jurisdiction, we have jurisdiction for the sole purpose of correcting the Bankruptcy Court's error in entertaining the claim for injunctive or declaratory relief.
