MEMORANDUM AND ORDER DENYING UNITED STATES TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO DISMISS CHAPTER 7 CASE

I. INTRODUCTION

The question presently before the Court is whether, under the totality of the circumstances test of Bankruptcy Code § 707(b)(3)(B), the Debtor’s petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code indicates an abuse of that chapter. For the reasons set forth hereinafter, the Court concludes that it does not.

II. JURISDICTION
