State v. Swenson
Court of Appeals of Utah
1Opinion of the Court
OPINION
GREENWOOD, Presiding Judge:
€ 1 Defendant Kendall Rosell Swenson appeals his conviction of two counts of burglary, two counts of criminal mischief, one count of theft, two counts of theft by receiving stolen property, and one count of possession of burglary tools. He appeals, arguing that the trial court erred by (1) failing to suppress evidence and (2) denying a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction because of the applicability of the Interstate Agreement on Detain-ers. We dismiss for lack of jurisdiction on the basis that Defendant did not timely file his notice of appeal.
