MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff, Susan Whiting (“Whiting”), brings this action against AARP and United Healthcare Insurance Company (“United Healthcare” and, together with AARP, “defendants”) alleging breach of contract, violation of the District of Columbia Consumer Protection Procedures Act (“CPPA”), and unjust enrichment.
