LINDLEY, District Judge.

The plaintiff corporation is organized under the laws of South Dakota, and compiles information as to produce handled by, and financial standings, ratings, and business methods of, growers, shippers, and receivers of, and as to brokers, commission merchants, and other dealers in, produce. Since 1905 it has published and copyrighted annually a credit reference and rating book, called the Blue Book, -at a cost of at least $500,000.
