Mrs. Logan sued upon four policies of insurance issued by the defendant company (here plaintiff in error) upon the life of her father, W. T. Wilson. There were four separate policies, but they are alike in all -of the substantial details;, the only difference among them being as to the- particular division of policy-holders to which', each of them relates.
