Both the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Publishing Company and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, acting through the person of the District Attorney of Erie County, have appealed from certain aspects of an order entered by the Honorable Roger M. Fischer of the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County. In this case the Pennsylvania State Police had secured four search warrants in connection with a kidnapping that ended in a savage murder.
