This is an appeal from an order which denied, with certain limited exceptions, a Motion to Seal all pleadings, discovery matters, and pretrial proceedings in the underlying action, filed on behalf of Bishop James Hogan and the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown (hereinafter “appellants” or “Church Parties”).1 Plaintiff, Samuel C.
