This is an appeal from an order of the bankruptcy court, dated March 18, 1990. 116 B.R. 406. The bankruptcy court held that, inter alia, the United Jersey Bank/Central, N.A., (the “Bank”) did not waive its security interest in the proceeds of certain accounts of its debtor, Collated Products Corporation (“Collated”) and the Bank does not have a security interest in a certain “commingled” deposit account of Collated pursuant to N.J.S.A. § 12A:9-306(4)(d).
