The plaintiff is a physician who has practiced anesthesiology exclusively since 1947. Defendant Associated Physicians is a partnership of doctors founded by defendant Herbert J. Fisch. At a time prior to 1962, Fisch and defendant Brooklyn Eye and Ear Hospital entered into a relationship whereby Fisch, an independent contractor, agreed to supply the hospital with a staff of anesthesiologists…
