In this Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12131 et seq., termination case, plaintiff Alice Cleveland appeals the district court’s judgment as a matter of law to the Home Shopping Network (“HSN”), after the jury returned a verdict finding HSN had impermissibly fired Cleveland from her television show-hosting job because of her disability.
