Appellant was charged with a felony. At trial, his attorney stated that appellant waived his right to a trial by jury. The judge heard the case without a jury, found appellant guilty, and sentenced him to three years imprisonment. Appellant, represented by different counsel, moved for a new trial, and contended that he had not personally entered a waiver of trial by jury. The trial court denied the motion.
