MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SPARR, District Judge.
THIS MATTER came on for trial on August 13, 1990 on the Defendant’s Counterclaims against the Plaintiffs for outrageous conduct, malicious prosecution, and for attorneys’ fees and costs pursuant to Fed.R. Civ.P. 11, 28 U.S.C. § 1927, and Colo.Rev. Stat. § 13-17-101 (1987 Repl.Vol.) for the bringing of a substantially frivolous and groundless action.
