On appeal from judgment entered upon verdict directed for the defendant.

The City of Bangor, a municipal corporation, acting under its building code having to do with unsafe buildings, purported to condemn, as a nuisance, a building belonging to the plaintiffs. The city ordinance incorporates verbatim Sections 25-28, inclusive, of Chapter 141 of the Revised Statutes of 1954, Nuisances.
