Plaintiffs Russell Ogden, Beatrice Hammer, and John Smith, individually and on behalf of others similarly situated, assert claims against Defendant Pete Figgins, in his official capacity as Sheriff of Wilson County, Kansas, alleging violations of the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution.
