The defendant Ronald E. Bailey was convicted in the Superior Court on indictments charging him with rape, and assault with intent to commit rape (G. L. c. 265, § § 22, 24), and with breaking and entering a dwelling house in the night time with intent to commit a felony, making an assault on a person lawfully therein (G. L. c. 266, § 14). He was sentenced thereon to concurrent fifteen-to-twenty year terms. His convictions on two other associated indictments 1 were placed on file. He appeals under the provisions of G.
