AKIN, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order denying defendants’ pleas of privilege to be sued in Lubbock County. Mrs. Polly Peirce, plaintiff, sued defendants, Mrs. Charlotte Carter, Charles Carter, Sheldon Petroleum Company of Texas, and Sheldon Petroleum Company of Delaware. Mrs. Peirce contends ■that she furnished $25,000 to Mrs. Carter, that this money was used by Charles Carter to purchase oil properties now owned by Sheldon of Delaware, and that Sheldon of Delaware holds these properties in trust for her.
