¶ 1. Cesar Farias-Mendoza appeals from a judgment of conviction for second-degree intentional homicide with the use of a dangerous weapon, entered on his guilty plea. He also appeals from an order denying his postconviction motion for resentencing. Farias-Mendoza argues: • (1) the trial court erroneously denied his suppression motion; and (2) the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion at sentencing.
