The petitioners sue for their freedom under the last will of the late James Goodbee. The evidence in the case shows that on the 5th of December, 1838, a sealed olographic will of the deceased was presented to the Court of Probates of the parish of Iberville. It was, in due course of law, opened, proved, and ordered to he executed.
