M. G. Shelton, administrator of the estate of his deceased wife, Emma Shelton, instituted this action against Claris Keatts for the wrongful death of Mrs. Shelton, who was run over and killed by the automobile operated by the defendant. The defendant filed pleas, of not guilty and contributory negligence of plaintiff’s decedent.
