This is a railroad tax case. R. S. 54:29A-1, et seq. The consolidated writs present for review the attacks made by prosecutors, Central Eailroad Company of Few Jersey, City of Jersey City and the Attorney-General, for the state (each is hereafter respectively referred to as Central, Jersey City and Attorney-General) upon the judgment of the State Board of Tax Appeals on their respective appeals from the property and franchise valuations and assessments made, after review by the State Tax Commissioner (hereafter referred to as Commissioner),…
