I. Introduction

This matter comes before the court upon a motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 19) filed by Defendant AmeriStar Credit Solutions, Inc. Plaintiff, Gary Lundgren, filed a brief in opposition (ECF No. 25) • and Defendant filed a reply (ECF No. 29). For the reasons that follow, Defendant’s Motion is granted in part as to Plaintiffs claims under 15 U.S.C. § 1125 (Counts I and II).
