¶ 1 The plaintiffs, Kenneth Watts and Gavie Wofford, appeal from the circuit court's order dismissing their second amended complaint pursuant to section 2-615 of the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure (Code) ( 735 ILCS 5/2-615 (West 2014) ) for failure to state a cause of action under the Illinois Wage Payment Collection Act (Wage Act) ( 820 ILCS 115/1 et seq. (West 2014) ).
