ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR ABSTENTION PURSUANT TO 11 U.S.C. § 305

Defendant Michael Lawrence Bauer requests that I suspend the proceedings in the above-captioned bankruptcy case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 305.
