Sandra Isbell (the “worker”) sued Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center (the “hospital”), alleging that she had suffered an injury in the line and scope of her employment and that the injury had caused her to suffer a permanent disability. Following the presentation of ore ten-us evidence, the trial court found that the worker was permanently and totally disabled.
