Appellant Joseph Sunn appears pro se complaining of the trial court’s refusal to set aside or vacate a settlement agreement announced in open court before Sunn’s suit against Mercury Marine was submitted to the jury. The record shows that Sunn first retained counsel to represent him in his suit for damages and breach of warranty. Sunn dismissed this counsel.
