{¶ 1} Appellant, Tina Morell, appeals the decision of the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court that ruled that she had been discharged by the city of Struthers with just cause for purposes of unemployment compensation. This decision reversed the decision of the Unemployment Compensation Review Commission, which found that she had been discharged without just cause.
