OPINION
BUMB, District Judge:
In this civil rights action, plaintiff Larry Peterson (the “Plaintiff’) alleges that he served 18 years incarceration for a crime he did not commit. He alleges that the evidence leading to his arrest, indictment, and conviction was fabricated, that the prosecutor’s expert exaggerated her findings, and that, even when presented with exonerating evidence, the prosecutor prolonged his incarceration.
