' This is an action to foreclose a mechanics’ lien. There was a judgment for the plaintiff, from which the defendant Anton P. Linder (hereinafter called the owner) appeals. The defendant John J. Healy (hereinafter called the contractor) entered into a contract with the owner for the erection of three dwelling-houses on lots No. 10, No. 11, and No. 12, block 5, in Kirkwood addition to Omaha, and described in the evidence as Nineteenth and Manderson streets.
