This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court, which overruled exceptions of the appellants (who were defendants below) to a master’s report in the cause, confirmed the said report, and after various findings ordered the appellants as a committee (selected and acting under a certain subscription agreement to be hereafter described) of an unincorporated association known as “The Merchant Underwriters At The Indemnity Exchange,” to pay to the appellee $31,753.78 out of a certain trust fund by said decree found to exist in the hands of said committee.
